These Terms govern your access to and use of Beecargo. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Beecargo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Beecargo provides file hosting, sharing links, remote uploads, downloads, optional Premium subscriptions, and developer API access. Features may change over time.
The Service offers anonymous uploads, free accounts (subject to approval via Backstage where required), and paid Premium plans. Limits, features, and pricing are described on the Service and may change.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant Beecargo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, transmit, and deliver your content solely to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for files you upload and links you share. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). See our DMCA Takedown Policy.
Account storage and per-file limits depend on your plan (for example, free accounts and Premium accounts have different storage caps). Uploads that would exceed your available storage may be rejected.
Anonymous uploads expire after a limited period (currently 15 days for direct uploads and 7 days for remote uploads, unless otherwise stated in our docs). Authenticated accounts may retain files longer, subject to plan limits and inactivity or policy rules published on the Service.
We reserve the right to remove files that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that are otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider according to the pricing shown at checkout. By purchasing Premium, you authorize charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel Premium at any time. Upon cancellation, future charges stop and you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to new billing periods after notice.
Beecargo name, logos, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or misuse them except as allowed by these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your files except to the extent required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beecargo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
You may stop using the Service or request account termination at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required for security or legal reasons.
Upon termination, your files may be deleted and you will lose access to the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date, and we may also notify users by email or through the Service when practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
